Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations by client within 7 day period prior to event will not be refunded, including costs of add-ons and food services, if applicable

14+ days notice: full refund less $100 administrative fee

8-14 days cancellation notice: 50% refund
-
Cancellations made by Elizabeth Atlee Tablescaping will be fully refunded.

Booking Terms

30% non-refundable down payment is required to book an event
-
Guest count must determined at time of down payment

Guest count can be lowered up to 7 days prior to event (otherwise original guest count will be invoiced)

Balance due 7 days prior to event

$100 security deposit collected at time of payment. If there are no damages or lost items from inventory, the security deposit will be refunded within one week after the event.

Minimum booking notice: 2 weeks

Events booked with less than 2 weeks notice require payment in full

Catering & Bar services can be coordinated with a 15% surcharge

Payment accepted via Venmo or PayPal
